Every question.
A welcome one.
Your first visit shouldn’t feel like a step into the unknown. Here’s a little clarity to help you feel more at ease.

What happens during a first visit?
A first visit usually begins with a conversation about what brought you in, your health history and your questions. Ask the doctor to explain any suggested examination or next step.
Do I need to be married or bring a partner?
You can ask for care regardless of marital status. A partner is not needed simply to discuss your concerns. Confirm any requirements for a particular consultation or procedure with the clinic.
What should I expect during an examination?
The doctor should explain why an examination is suggested and seek appropriate consent. You can ask questions, discuss a chaperone and ask to pause. Not every consultation needs an examination.
What should I bring?
Bring any relevant previous reports and a list of medicines, if you have them. Writing down your questions may help you make the most of the visit.
How do I arrange my first appointment?
Call or WhatsApp the clinic on +91 85956 31731 to ask about availability. Confirm your date and time with the clinic before travelling.
Where is the clinic, and when can I visit?
ASHA Women’s Health Clinic is in Block A2, Janakpuri, New Delhi. Consultation hours are Monday–Saturday, 6–9 pm; the clinic is closed on Sunday. Use the location section for the full address and Google Maps directions.
What if I feel nervous or don’t know what to ask?
You can start by saying what is worrying you, even if you are unsure how to describe it. Bring a short list of questions, and ask for an explanation whenever something is unclear.
Is an appointment request a confirmed booking?
No. Send the prepared message in WhatsApp, then wait for the clinic to confirm availability. Preparing or sending a message does not reserve a time.
General information to help you prepare. Individual care and consent arrangements can be discussed with the clinic.
